How We Match Practitioners
The right practitioner, not the next available one
Matching is the single biggest predictor of whether therapy works. So we made it a discipline, not an afterthought.
before we recommend anyone
What every referral isreviewed against
We don't allocate the first available practitioner. Every referral is individually reviewed against the things that actually decide whether therapy works:
- Diagnosis and functional needs
- NDIS goals
- Age and stage of life
- Communication style and preferences
- Cultural and language considerations
- Personality and therapy-style fit
- Preferred appointment times
- Service delivery preference
- Practitioner clinical expertise
the matching summary
Every recommendation comes with its reasons
You don't just get a name. Every recommendation arrives with a plain-English matching summary, so the decision is transparent, informed and genuinely the participant's own.
For Support Coordinators, this doubles as documented evidence that the referral was based on participant needs, not convenience.
what the summary covers
- Why this practitioner was selected
- Their relevant clinical experience
- Their history supporting participants with similar diagnoses or needs
- How their expertise aligns with the participant's NDIS goals
- How the participant's preferences were considered
if the fit isn’t right
Say the word and we’ll rematch, without awkwardness, and without going to the back of any queue.
The relationship matters more than the roster.

Profiles that go beyond credentials
Families and Support Coordinators deserve to know who they’re inviting into their lives before the first session. So every practitioner profile answers more than “what are your qualifications”:
